Shipping & Orders

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

How do I track my order?

Once an order ships you will receive an email notification which will provide a direct link to track the order.

If you purchased Route Package Protection they will also send you their own email notification with a link to track your package.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from and to everywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Domestic orders over $75 USD ship for free. We also ship internationally, Yay!

Import fees may apply to international orders.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery depends on location and shipping option selected during checkout.

Approximate Domestic Delivery Times: 

  • First class shipping: 1-5 business days
  • Priority shipping: 1-3 business days 
  • Overnight shipping: 1-2 business days 
  • Standard shipping: 2-7 business days 

Approximate Overseas Delivery Times:

  • International Standard: 7-21 business days 
  • International Priority: 2-7 business days 
  • International Express: 2-3 business days 

Please note: All orders take 1-3 business days to process regardless of shipping option (we do not ship on weekends and U.S holidays) 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If we are able to catch it before the order starts processing we can cancel it no problem.

Please reach out to us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel your order before it ships.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately and we will try our very best to make any possible changes.

Once an order enters processing at that time we no longer have the ability to alter or make any changes :(

At that point if the package is being shipped to an incorrect address, please contact your local courier's office (UPS, USPS, etc) and request to have the package "held for pickup" to ensure it doesn't get delivered to the wrong address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you don't love it, easily exchange or return your unused and unworn item(s) within 30 days of receiving it.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Should the item(s) not work out, you can exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund within 30 days by following this link.

You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and once we receive your return back you will receive your refund.

Return products must be new and unworn, as a reminder, shipping fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

What is Route Package Protection?

Route allows you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere and offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price, it fully protects your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. 

If your package hits a roadblock in transit, your order is fully covered by Route.

How do I report an order issue to get a replacement or a refund?

How do I track my order with Route?

You can view your deliveries in the Route email confirmation or on the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where all of your packages are.

On the MAP screen, you can swipe through cards or zoom into the map to see where packages are in-transit.

Tap on a card to open up the Order Details page. You can also see a list view of all your packages on the orders screen. From there, you can tap on orders to see the order details which will provide info around where your order is in transit.

Where is my Route Order ID?

Each time you purchase Route Package Protection when placing an order, Route will send you an email that includes your Route Order ID.

The Route Order ID is a unique identifier assigned to every order that is protected by Route Package Protection. This number allows Route to view all the important information to report an order issue.
